Psalms 37:8 – Cease from Anger

STOP IT!

Yep, you heard me (and I hope I didn’t scare you). Stop rehearsing the hurt, fretting over the wrong.  I am not just talking to you but to myself as I am reminded in Psalms 37:8 to:

“Cease from anger, and forsake wrath: fret not thyself in any wise to do evil.”

Let God take care of it.  He always does it better.

Today, as we write Psalms 37:8 on our hearts, let us ask God to help us release anger and forsake any wrath.
